Our gift tins feature premium packaging, larger capacity, and lower minimum order quantities—making them ideal for celebrations with a higher gifting budget (from $15/tin onwards) and smaller guest groups (MOQ from 6-20 sets). The enhanced packaging also provides better protection for our butter sable cookies, keeping them softer in texture and making them a delightful choice for families with children and elderly loved ones.
Our premium gift boxes are a great option for individual gifting with a budget of under $10 per set and a higher MOQ of 50 sets. They are especially suitable for wedding favours, corporate door gifts, and larger-scale celebrations.
Our cookie tins stay fresh for up to 3 weeks at room temperature when stored in an airtight environment away from direct sunlight.
As our metal tins are designed as gift packaging rather than airtight food storage containers (like Tupperware), they are not completely airtight. To help maintain the cookies’ texture and flavour at their best, every cookie tin is carefully packed with desiccant pack(s) for added freshness protection.
We recommend to keep the cookie tins in room temperature for optimal cookie texture.
However, please note that like most metal tins, they are not 100% airtight. To keep your cookies in the best condition, we recommend storing them away from areas exposed to ants or food-related insects.
Our cookies in gift boxes are heat-sealed before being placed into the packaging for added freshness. However, they should also be kept away from direct sunlight to maintain their quality.
We usually require 2 weeks of preparation time for each customised order, as every detail is thoughtfully prepared—from creating new graphics based on your chosen designs and flavours for information cards, to producing personalised sticker labels and making fresh cookie dough according to your selection.
As all our cookies are lovingly handmade in small batches, we have limited production slots each week and are sometimes booked up to 1 month in advance. We recommend placing your order early to secure your preferred date. We also welcome bookings up to 3 months ahead.
To place an order, simply chat with us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook DM. Share details such as your preferred delivery date, tin size, estimated quantity, and cookie theme.
We’ll then curate suitable cookie designs for your selection, followed by your choice of flavours, colours, and personalised sticker design—bringing your customised cookie tin to life step by step.
To bring out the delicate flavours of French cookies and premium French butter (Elle & Vire), we choose to create our cookies without icing toppings. Instead, we focus on offering a wide variety of charming cookie designs with customisable flavours and colours.
This approach allows the natural buttery taste to shine while reducing unnecessary sweetness, making our cookies a more enjoyable choice for young children, elderly loved ones, and those with specific dietary preferences.
For single-location delivery, a fee of $25–$30 applies. We work with a team of professional delivery partners to send your cookies to your doorstep within a dedicated 2-hour delivery window, using cars or vans. This helps minimise travel time and reduce the risk of breakage, ensuring your cookies arrive safely and beautifully presented.
For orders above $495 with delivery to 1 regular location*, we will gladly absorb the delivery fee for you. Alternatively, you may opt for self-collection at 476C Yishun Street 44, S763476.
For multiple-location deliveries (5 locations and above), fees range from $10–$15 per location, depending on the number of stops and distance between locations.
*CBD, Airport, Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island, and locations requiring security clearance are excluded.
We welcome corporate orders with personalised touches, including customised imprint messages on cookies and message cards featuring your corporate logo. With a lead time of 8 weeks, we can even create a customised cookie mould featuring your logo—turning your corporate gifts into a truly unique and memorable experience.
